So Pleased!

We caught our first rat today!! I’m so pleased, I was almost ready to contact you and ask for more tips. It took five days and this is just the tip of the iceberg, I’m sure. Several months ago a rat got under the hood of my car and chewed the wiring and insulation up. My car was only a few months old and it cost $1300.00 to get it fixed. Two weeks ago it happened again, I was devasted! We bought a RatZapper Ultra and have been waiting for a dead one! Today was the day!! Thank you for making an outstanding product!!

Dead Chipmunk

We have a small backyard but, because we have several bird feeders, we attract many chipmunks. They seemed to be cute and gave my aging Brittany something to do (chasing them) so we didn’t try to eradicate them. That changed last winter when they got in the garaged and chewed wiring in my wife’s car, causing $560 damage. This spring and summer I tried a lot of smoke bombs, without any effect, except to my wallet and patience. Also I tried the birdseed floating on water in a pail, without effect.

It is now coming on two weeks since we put our infrared Rat Zapper Ultra around our yard and on our patio. During this time we caught 19 chipmunks, 2 mice, and 1 vole! Why did I wait so long before getting the Rat Zapper? The unit is not perfect. Sometimes I find the bird seed bait gone, meaning that some critter has eaten it without getting zapped. We have also had the unusual cases of the red light blinking without any animal in the unit, and a dead chipmunk in the unit without the red light blinking. Still I’m not going to complain much because we have 19 fewer chipmunks.

It Works!

Dear Sirs,

I live in a rural area outside Water Valley, Ms and have had an ongoing plague of pack rats. They are trap- wise and eat ASSAUlT poison like it’s candy
Last Friday I received your Rat Zapper from Northern Tool. My friend had come by to see us and he was highly skeptical of your product. He said that 4 “D” cell batteries could not generate enough power to kill anything and he could not figure out how it worked.
That night I armed the Rat Zapper with some of the Assault and put it under the enclosed bath tub in our master bath. Saturday morning the red light was showing and there was a long tail sticking out the end of the Zapper. lt was a large female.
I called my friend and sang a Bill Cosby ditty about chocolate cake that I paraphrased “Dad is GREAT. He killed a rat last night….LATE!”
He ate some humble crow.
Saturday night I put the trap back under the tub and Sunday morning the red light was on and a long tail stuck out. The Zapper had killed a smaller male. I immediately called my friend and repeated the ditty.
He said he was glad the Zapper worked and not to call him again.

Folks, the best thing I can say about your Rat Zapper…. lT WORKS!!!

I am very, very pleased!

Mouse Caught!

Bought the Rat Zapper and was quiet desperate, as the mouses were fouling me with the other traps I used . (T-REX trapper). In less than 2 minutes after installing it I caught a mouse.

Amazing, thanks

Humanely Kills Rodents

I LOVE IT. I have had the Ultra for 12 days. Bought to get rid of a rat infestation in the backyard, apparently living under my shed, ever since my new neighbors decided to put a bird feeder in their yard. The first two nights, they got in and out without it going off, and they took off with the bait. Emailed for help, and they suggested a wet rag/towel to moisten their feet. I followed their suggestion, and each and every night since, I have gotten one, 10 nights in a row, emptying it in the AM. Tonight I put it out a little early, and after 1 hr got one, so I reset and I expect to have one in the AM. This thing works awesome. I am hoping to get rid of all of them. So far, they don’t seem to be wising up. I dump them in a plastic bag, and into the garbage can for the weekly pickup, so I am not sure if the nugget of dog food was still in there or not. I think maybe once it kills one, others crawl over them and get the nugget. I thought they may wise up and not fall for this trap after seeing their buddys get nailed, but I think they others don’t have a clue what killed their buddy. They just crawl right over their dead buddy, get the food, and take off, then come back the next night, and zappo, their turn. Kind of like playing leap frog. I watched a youtube video of one getting zapped, it is so quick, they have no clue what hit them. Thanks for making a great product that takes care of the problem humanely. It was that or eventually having the rattlesnakes move back in to my back yard. When the action slows down, I will update.
